Manager - Program Management, Natchez, MS

  • Provide administrative supervision, leadership, guidance, and feedback to subordinate staff to facilitate smooth operations including on-call schedule.
  • Ensure adequate staff coverage and provide weekend and weekday supervisory duties as needed.
  • Ensure personnel actions are carried out on staff accurately and timely including hiring, training, evaluating, monitoring, disciplining, and terminating with documentation submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure residents are appropriately dressed and groomed with resident?s input.
  • Submit time cards and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor Necessary documentation on data collections, I/A reports, etc. for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and chart patient?s behavior including behavior programs and level system using specific and descriptive terms accurately (i.e., behavior changes, drug reactions, accidents, injuries, seizures, etc.
  • Assist Program Manager as directed in the management of the group home that results in attainment of goals consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Provide necessary training of staff of group homes as directed to ensure therapeutic execution of job responsibilities in a manner that promotes healthy emotional and physical growth of group home residents.
  • Provide assistance to staff of group home as needed and requested in the development of schedules and supervision of proper documentation that is consistent with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor monthly and annual chart reviews for the Therapeutic Group Home.
  • Assist, as requested, the TGH Program Manager with periodic reviews of programs to ensure compliance with DHS and DMH standards of care.
  • Provide other administrative tasks as requested by the TGH Program Manager.
  • Provide care and / or conduct resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served.
  • Follow all safety policies and adhere to all workers? compensation program guidelines.
  • Conduct environmental rounds to ensure a clean environment at all times and report deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with staff to endure smooth operation daily.
  • Report all risk management issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor charts to ensure all pertinent information is on chart to ensure compliance.
  • Submit and plan recreational activities in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and ensure all staff attend mandatory in-service training and update physicals as need.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
